OPTIMUM SYSTEM PRODUCTS – OUR HISTORY


Optimum System Products, Inc., (OSP) was established in December 1985 and incorporated in January 1989. Currently, OSP maintains distribution centers in Ohio, Florida, Texas, Colorado, Oregon and Pennsylvania, to enable our strong base of financial institutions to receive their requested products within 24-48 hours. Optimum and its officers are also owners of Optimum Print Solutions, a commercial printing entity, located in Columbus, Ohio along with having a partnership with Optimum Systems Plus located in Scranton, PA.

MartinsThe officers of the corporation are John R. Martin, CEO, and Dorothy L. Martin, President. The officers along with dedicated employees of Optimum and Optimum Print Solutions bring vast experience to the corporation with master and bachelor degrees in art, marketing, finance and accounting in addition to subsequent training in graphic design, forms management, commercial printing and technology.

Optimum's exciting Supplies Outsourcing Services (SOS) program is the outsourcing of a bank's supply operation to OSP via The Manager software. Outsourcing has proven to be of value to financial institutions of all sizes nationwide, and especially those needing to lower costs to become more efficient.

Twenty years after the introduction of our Supplies Outsourcing Service, we have made numerous improvements to this program and we have added over 300 additional outsourcing clients, among a national client base of over 1,200 financial institutions. We are also endorsed by banking associations in Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Wisconsin.

As our financial institutions' needs have changed and their requirements are more digital, Optimum has evolved to offer these products. Mobile banking solutions plus e-statement and payments have become important new services for our clients. These outstanding new products enable community banks and credit unions to provide customers and members with cool Smart Apps that are easy to manage and measure ROI. Our solutions are geared toward banks and credit unions interested in creating revenue opportunities via the mobile channel.
