The customer signs up for an account and a small amount of
money is deposited into that account. Once the bank posts the deposit,
the customer logs back in and verifies that exact amount of money.
Once they do, the account will become certified. The customer then
simply sends a text message with the recipient's cell phone number,
and the dollar amount they wish to send, and the money transfers.

If the mobile phone supports browsing, the customer can use it to
perform many higher level banking functions. In addition to sending

money using a person's email address, and receive referral points
for sending money to anyone who signs up.
