ConstructionManagement:

Construction management is the final course of action to complete our authentic system. This is where we begin by permiting your new facility with the proper state and local athorities. During this time we will receive bids from qualified local contractors and present you with your final budget numbers. We then oversee the day to day
construction of your new facility with our experienced supervisory staff. They will keep the project updated, on schedule and within your preauthorized budget constraints throughout the construction time line.

At the end of construction we will walk through the building with you to determine that we have met all of your stringent expectations. After this, we will present you your new building. In the presentation of your new facility you will receive as built drawings, final waiver of liens, certificate of completions, and warranties for all of the items in your building.
